VO65 for 'In-Port' races in stronger winds (above 18 kts)

In-port races are ussually set as upwind-downwind courses only with a few exceptions, depending on a venue configuration. Jibs are same as in Offshore version for strong winds (J2 up to 25 kts and J3 above 25 kts.).

Downwind legs will be sailed with FR0 (dedicated downwind sail), or J0 above 30 kts and eventually with J2 on very strong winds. According to VOR rules, outriggers are not allowed for In-port races. This will make FR0 to sail sharper TWA angles then Offshore version.

Use of a reaching sail (J0) is recommended only for longer legs, in short spreader legs changing a sail can be too long, so there will be no advantage.
